Return/Refund Policy

We want you to love your Aurevie purchase. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.

1. Eligibility
• For domestic orders: Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery if the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
• For international orders: We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• If the product received is wrong, we can arrange a return with an additional fee of INR 700, which will be deducted from your refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items
• Items purchased during sale or marked as “Final Sale”
• Customized or made-to-order items

3. Process
• Email us at support@aureviestudio.com with your order number, product name, and reason for return.
• Once approved, we’ll arrange a pickup or provide the return address.

4. Refunds
• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
