🛍️ What is your return policy?

We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders unless the item received is defective or incorrect. In case of an incorrect/defective product, we can arrange return with an additional fee of INR 700, which will be deducted from the total refund amount.
For domestic (India) orders, we accept size exchanges within 10 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

🔄 Can I exchange my item?
• India: Yes, size exchanges are accepted within 10 days. Please contact us at support@aureviestudio.com
• International: Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges due to customs and shipping logistics.

💳 I received a defective or wrong product. What should I do?

We’re so sorry! Please email us at support@aureviestudio.com within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Your order number
• A clear photo of the item and issue

We’ll take care of it right away.
🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide from India. You can check estimated delivery times and shipping charges at checkout based on your location.
🚨 Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?

Yes. International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or VAT in your country.
These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees and must be paid by the customer upon delivery.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimated charges.
📦 What happens if I refuse to pay duties and the parcel is returned?

If a parcel is returned to us due to non-payment of customs duties, we will deduct the original shipping cost and any return charges from your refund (if applicable). Refunds for such cases are discretionary and not guaranteed.
