🌍 Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship globally from our studio in India. Whether you’re in the UAE, the UK, the US, Europe, or anywhere else — we’ve got you covered.

📦 How long will my order take to arrive?
India : 3-5 business days
Middle East : 10-15 business days
US & Canada : 10-15 business days
Europe : 10-15 business days
Rest of World : 10-15 business days
Note: During holidays or high-volume periods, there may be slight delays.

📬 How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges vary by region and will be calculated at checkout.
We offer free shipping within India.

🚚 Which courier partners do you use?

We ship via trusted logistics providers like DHL, Aramex, and Delhivery, depending on your location. All orders come with tracking information once dispatched.

🛒 Do you offer express shipping?

At the moment, express delivery is not enabled by default. But if you have a time-sensitive request, reach out to us at support@aureviestudio.com — we’ll do our best to accommodate it.

🔍 How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email confirmation. You can also log in to your account and view your order status at any time.
✈️ Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, yes.
Please email us within 6 hours of placing the order at support@aureviestudio.com  with your correct address.

⚠️ What if I miss the delivery?

Our courier will attempt delivery multiple times. If the parcel is returned to us due to non-availability or incorrect address, re-shipping charges will apply.
